Every menu item is shown exactly as the brand publishes it in its Australian nutrition information. We never correct or adjust a brand’s numbers — if something looks wrong, it’s the brand’s figure, and you should check in store.

How we estimate changes to an order

When you add or remove something, some brands publish only the energy (kJ) of that change — not its protein, fat or carbs. Rather than hide those totals, we estimate the missing nutrients for that one ingredient:

  • first from the brand’s own figures for the same ingredient elsewhere on its menu (for example its “extra guacamole” panel for a “no guacamole” change), or the difference between two of its items;
  • otherwise from the closest food in the Australian Food Composition Database (Food Standards Australia New Zealand).

The estimate is always scaled to the brand’s published energy for that change, so the kilojoules and Calories you see are still the brand’s own. Menu items themselves are never estimated. Whenever a total includes an estimate, it says so underneath.
